The Hopkins County Health Care Foundation will mark its 20th annual Gala on January 24, 2026, continuing a two-decade tradition of community-wide support for local healthcare. For twenty years, the Foundation has strengthened healthcare for Hopkins County residents by funding essential medical equipment, launching new programs, and supporting key facility improvements. In addition to operating its own free clinics and educational health initiatives, the Foundation provides ongoing assistance to CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs and the Hopkins County Hospital District/EMS.
Proceeds from the 2026 Gala will include a $250,000 donation to the Spreading Our Wings campaign, which is raising funds for the surgical wing expansion at CHRISTUS Mother Frances – Sulphur Springs. This major initiative will increase the number of local procedures performed close to home, improving patient convenience and recovery by reducing travel time and keeping families together during care.
